Rated flow and capacity apply under specified conditions, not a promise for every home. These are cold-water filters for treated drinking water, not disinfectors or water softeners. Standard numbers do not mean every contaminant is reduced. Follow the exact model’s performance sheet and replacement schedule. Capacity ratings do not apply to mechanical filtration claims.
